Student Leadership

Student leaders in the Lumen Regiment Marching Band play an important role in supporting their peers and enhancing the rehearsal experience. They assist with section techniques, help organize and manage rehearsals, and provide guidance to ensure each section contributes to the ensemble’s overall performance. These leaders foster teamwork, responsibility, and musical growth within their sections, but final authority for all decisions remains with the Program Coordinator and instructional staff.
